OutLashe believes that a strong foundation will make you a success. Our classes are designed to teach you all the fundamentals of precision application techniques. Our training will also teach you how to manage and grow your client base as well as increase your service offerings. Retention is the key to success, and through the five (5) day Level One Course you are guaranteed to OutLashe your potential.
Custom Classes are available upon request. For salon owners, we recommend that three (3) technicians be trained simultaneously. Spanish language classes will also be available. For any questions or special considerations, please contact us.
If you are currently an eyelash extension technician, you can attend our 2 day re-certification class. Your existing skill level will need to be assessed by OutLashe to make attendance possible.

For all students attending the Level One five (5) day course, you will be required to have completed the following prior to arrival:
1) Submit all signed forms in your welcome package.
2) Read the procedural guide on eyelash extension application.
3) Watch the video accompaniment to the procedural guide.
4) Submit two sets of completed practice lashes for review.
5) Master the process of isolation.
All instructions and in depth details are located in your welcome package. It is a prerequisite that isolation technique is mastered prior to your arrival. Please contact us if you are experiencing any difficulties. To purchase a class (kit included), proper credentials will need to be submitted. OutLashe only trains licensed health or beauty professionals. You will need your tools for class, but all supplies will be provided to you in class at no cost. Models are arranged by OutLashe for your convenience. All course days are 8 hours long, with one (1) hour long mid-day intermission and two fifteen (15) minute breaks.
Course Syllabus and Overview
Day 1: Introduction to Eyelash Extensions. Course overview, view a live application, learn proper work station set-up, hygiene, perform an application on models for proper eye area preparation, and apply extensions.
Day 2: Theory in Practice. 30min introduction and question and answer session. Perform a full set application on Model 1 to master the basic outline and eyelash extension removal. Have eyelash extensions applied to the student to understand the process. Client Consultation and Candidacy for Eyelash Extensions will be reviewed.
Day 3: Practical. 30min Review. Perform a full set application on Model 2 and Model 3. Client consultation, candidacy, product information and removal knowledge, pre-evaluation.
Day 4: Salon Day. 30min introduction and question and answer session. Perform full-set eyelash extensions on models 4 and 5.
Day 5: Evaluation. 30min introduction and question and answer session. Perform full-set application to Model 6 for final evaluation; perform a Re-Lashe appointment/follow-up application on Model 7. Certification ceremony to those technicians who pass.
Certification Level One Course Refund Policy: When you reserve a course with OutLashe, a reservation will be held in your name and unavailable to other students. There are 10 reservations possible per class. All Classes are planned in detail to accommodate a specific number of students, including supplies. In order to cover the costs of modifying these arrangements due to Cancellations and Rescheduling the following fees apply to all Course purchases:
